Delicious Sweet marinated tempeh |
Ingredients :
1 medium-size board tempe
3 shallots
1 piece of garlic
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
brown sugar
salt
Directions :
- Cut the tempeh into slices
- Puree onion, garlic and coriander powder.
- Saute ground spices along with ginger that has been digeprek (ginger may also mashed), until fragrant
- Insert a row sour, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt and give a little water to boil tempeh. Correction taste.
- Enter the tempeh into seasoning. Stir average wait until the spices to infuse and low tide.
- Tempeh can be directly fried or fried after a cold. Fry briefly over medium heat until cooked brown
