Vanilla Muffins

Dry ingredients:
280 grams of wheat flour
30 grams of milk powder
1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp salt



Wet Ingredients:
250 ml milk
60 grams of cooking oil
60 g butter, melted and cooled
200 grams sugar
2 chicken eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla



Directions :

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a container and mix well.
2. Mix well all the wet ingredients in a container and mix until blended.
3. Put all the dry ingredients have been blended into the wet ingredients, stirring stir briefly not for too long. Let the flour still bergerindil.
4. Enter into a muffin tin
5. Bake in oven preheated at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes.
