Delicious chicken curry |
Ingredients:
- 800 grams of chicken cut into pieces
- 3 medium sized potatoes peeled and cut into large
- a tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon pieces the size of a finger
- 6 lime leaves
- 1 piece of pandan leaf

- 150 ml coconut milk
- water

Ground spices:
4 shallots
2 pieces of garlic
tablespoon of coriander powder
teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon massala or curry powder
2 red chilies
2 bay leaves
quarter teaspoon cumin
Directions :
- Marinate the chicken with lemon juice and let stand 10 minutes then wash
- Saute all ingredients until fragrant, add the ginger, cinnamon, pandan leaves, orange leaves, cloves, mix well and enter the chicken and potatoes give enough water.
- Cook until chicken and potatoes are tender.
