1 kg chicken cut into pieces
2 tablespoons lime
juice
1 tsp salt
5 tbsp oil for
frying
6 lime leaves
4 stalks lemongrass,
crushed
3 tablespoons soy
sauce
1 tbsp tamarind
water
200 ml water
Ground spices :
5 pcs red chilli
5 pcs shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon shrimp
paste mature
2 cm turmeric
1 tsp lemon juice
salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons soy
sauce
Directions :
1. Marinate the
chicken pieces with lime juice and salt. Wash with clean water then set aside.
2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant. Add lemon grass and lime leaves.
3. Add the chicken, cook until chicken changes color.
4. Add water, tamarind, soy sauce cover, salt and sugar. Cook until the sauce has soaked into the chicken.
