tempe kemul recipe, crispy tempeh with flour batter recipe |
Delicious simple easy snack ever, it's really good serve in the winter time during coffee time. Trust me, you will never enough for enjoy it.
Ingredients:
200 grams tempeh cut into slices
6 tbs rice flour
1 tbs tapioca flour
50 ml thick coconut milk
125 ml cold water
green onios, chopped
lime leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp candle nut, crusshed
1/ 2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp ground coriander seed
little bit salt
Directions :
- Mix all ingredients except tempeh
- Dip tempeh slices into batter
- Deep fry tempeh in hot oil until golden brown and crisp
- Tempe kemul ready to serve as savory snack or side dish.
