Tempeh with flour batter (Tempe kemul Wonosobo) recipe

tempe kemul recipe, crispy tempeh with flour batter recipe


Delicious simple easy snack ever, it's really good serve in the winter time during coffee time. Trust me, you will never enough for enjoy it.

Ingredients:

200 grams tempeh cut into slices
6 tbs rice flour
1 tbs tapioca flour
50 ml thick coconut milk
125 ml cold water
green onios, chopped
lime leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp candle nut, crusshed
1/ 2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp  ground coriander seed
little bit salt


Directions :
  1. Mix all ingredients except tempeh
  2. Dip tempeh slices into batter
  3. Deep fry tempeh in hot oil until golden brown and crisp 
  4. Tempe kemul ready to serve as savory snack or side dish.
